The below are the terms of service for ARCHNET. Any user of ARCHNET must agree to these terms before continuing. Use of our website and services imply understanding of and agreement to these terms.

I. Visitors Accessing Resources
Although we try to screen what is hosted on our servers, some content is produced and uploaded by others, without our influence. Anything under a subdomain other than “verified” is probably not ARCHNET’s. Special care should be taken when accessing these resources. We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to accessing these resources. Only the individual or group who uploaded these harmful files will be responsible. Use them at your own risk. Please report any harmful or illegal content.
Files the ARCHNET service administrator has put up for hosting are also to be used at your own risk. They have been screened, but could still be harmful. Please report any problems you find so that they may be addressed.
II. Use of Provided Services
Services which are provided by ARCHNET (such as Paste, Cloud, etc) are also done so on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We endevor to provide only reliable and safe services, but there is always a risk that such services may be compromsed directly, or through our supply chain. Any informaton published using such services should be considered public knowledge. You may encrypt your data before uploading it, but unless you do, you must be aware that your data may not be secure.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
ARCHNET, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.
III. Application for Free Hosting of Resources
Free hosting is provided to certain select individuals. ARCHNET reserves the right to select who is granted hosting and who is not for any reason whatsoever. We do not sell any personal information provided in this application process. However, some data may be submitted by applicants through a trusted third party for the convenience of our users. If they do not wish to do this, they can submit this information by email directly to us.
False information entered on the request/application form may result in some non-vital information about that application being posted on a public blacklist. The organization’s name and requesting IP will probably be among the released information.
IV. Usage of Free Hosting of Resources
If hosting is granted, then it may only be used for the purpose it was granted, based on your application. Additionally, nothing illegal, harmful, or classified may be stored or hosted on this service. Doing so may result in forceful removal of that file or user account. Password protection or encrytion are not sufficient to allow you to store or host such files on our server. You are only allowed to upload, publish, store, or distribute materials through our service for which you have the legal right to do so. You may not use our service to distribute such materials, and you take full legal responsability for all you the materials you upload. You also are prohibited from sharing any "leaked" information, and anything classified or otherwise inteneded to be secret.
We do not guarantee anything from our hosting services. We will do our best to avoid any problems, but will not be legally responsible for any problems, including loss, damage, or compromise of files and/or information.
If hosting is granted, special conditions may apply. These will be recorded as well as reported to you. Violation of these special conditions will be the same as violating these terms.
Hosting may be used for direct or indirect download of legal, safe files, and/or the hosting of equally legal and safe web pages and web content.
All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file(s) on this site is disclaimed. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay to ARCHNET for any goods, services or information.
Email accounts are also assinged to some users free of charge. This service is provided as-is, like everything else, and it is the user's sole responsability to use this service in a responsible manner. These accounts must not be used in abusive, or illegal ways, and must not be used for marketing purposes. Failure to follow these rules may result in termination, at the webmaster's sole discression. All ARCHNET users should be aware that just because an email account is hosted by our service does not mean that the user of that account represents this service. The authoritative email account is "services," and only it should be trusted to speak on behalf of ARCHNET.
V. Cessation of Services
We reserve the right to stop some or all services, with or without notice. In general, we will provide notification prior to this, but may do so without. Hosting may also be revoked if a cause or organization changes in belief, teaching, purpose, or goal, as decided by the administrator(s) of this service. Hosting revocation will generally take place when these terms are violated. ARCHNET may terminate hosting for any reason at any time, however.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
